Client Project: Nursery

A few weeks ago I was visiting my friend and client, Laura, and her sweet new baby girl Clara. When Laura stepped into the other room for a feeding, I popped into the nursery to take a few pictures. I helped Laura and her husband with the design concept for the room, and some sourcing. They put all the pieces together and it was my first time seeing it all together (and in action with its new resident!). We'd originally intended to go with a lilac and sage color scheme, but Dad fell for a pink and green look while shopping, so we went for the bright and fun combo! Soft pink walls, a collection of art, a vintage dresser, and a Pottery Barn Kids glider.

A blurry shot of the crib and Target bedding. Clara hasn't slept in here yet but I'm sure she'll love it!

Love the pop of gold.

This fabric (just from Joann's) was put to use on a pillow and this lampshade. Pottery Barn Kids curtains.

A sweet changing spot (I can't get enough of those tiny socks!). Changing pad cover is Layla Grace.

Welcome, baby Clara!
