Our speciality - a turn-key service from start to finish. We handle everything starting with design concept, through construction, and finish with furnishings and accessories.
Scope may include:
New construction collaboration with your architect and builder
Design concepts for kitchens, bathrooms, finishes, and lighting
Aesthetic updates for newer homes not requiring full renovation
Frequent site check-ins for construction projects
Furniture, upholstery, window treatments, and wall treatments
Ordering, expediting, and inventory of items delivered to our partner warehouse
Full install of furniture and accessories
Hourly time billing and product markup.
2-hour Consultation
If you don’t need a full house design, our 2-hour consultations may be a good fit
Only 4 appointments available per month
2 hours on-site or virtual with Maggie
We will discuss any design questions and priorities you have (furnishings, layout, paint colors, sourcing specific pieces)
You implement ideas at your own pace following our meeting
$1,000 flat fee per appointment
